SPORTS ARENA & FOOTBALL STADIUM

Area: 208 000 sq.m. Facility unites under one roof a Football Stadium and Hockey Arena that transforms within hours to Basketball field & Concert Hall. All the engineering systems are integrated into one Building Management System. The BIM model has unique detalisation and allowed to create Sports Arena transformation modes and security scenarios.

APART HOTEL

Area: 56 000 sq.m.The building is part of a city project intended to consolidate commercial, transport and living facilities and interconnect them. The project had several twins in the other city districts and the development of the project in BIM allowed to save time and costs for next similar projects design development.

TRANSPORT & LOGISTIC CENTER

Gross Area: 170 ha TLC Area: 230 000 sq.m.Multi-functional terminal and logistic center for servicing intermodal type cargo transportation with railway infranstructure, universal warehousing complex, zone of engineering support and repair, administrative & residential facilities.

MULTI-FUNCIONAL COMMERCIAL TOWER

Area: 144 000 sq.m.Business center, Apart Hotel, Shopping Mall located in the busy city transport hub. Our BIM project allowed to optimize technical spaces and free areas for commercial use boosting the investment appeal of the project.

HISTORICAL BUILDING RESTORATION

Area: 26 000 sq. m. The building from early 20th century has been fully renovated into Luxury Appartments with Fitness Center, Spa & Parking areas that have been introduced into the heritage of its architecture.

OIL & GAS PRODUCTION PLANT

Gross Area: 3 Ha. Longevity of engineering systems - over 100 km. One of the biggest ethylene cracking facilities in the world. The whole project of construction was managed through BIM, involving various partners from EU and Asia and was done with optimized budget and timing.

SHOPPING MALL

Area: 28 000 sq. m. The project has been on hold for a long period of time, while the developed BIM model allowed to speed construction and launch for new owners

CFD ANALYSIS OF SPORTS ARENA

The Sports Arena required a verified mechanism of transformation into various modes. The CFD analysis of climate parameters based on BIM model engineering design allowed to test various scenarios and adjust the parameters for spectators and sportsmen comfort.
